Website Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the I Don't Know Studios website and its inquiry form. They do not replace a signed production agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the inquiry form or misuse the website.
Information and inquiries
This website presents our video production services and selected work. Submitting an inquiry or receiving an initial estimate does not reserve a production date, create a production contract or transfer any rights. Project scope, deliverables, schedule, fees, payment terms, cancellation, revisions, licensing and ownership must be agreed separately in writing. Published service information is general; availability and the requirements of each project vary.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully. Do not send deceptive, abusive or unlawful material, impersonate someone, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or availability, introduce malicious software, or use the site to infringe another person’s rights. Provide accurate contact information and only submit material you are entitled to share.
Portfolio and intellectual property
Website designs, films, photographs, graphics, copy, logos and other materials belong to the studio or their respective rights holders. Displaying client work does not grant permission to download, reproduce, edit, distribute or commercially use it. You may view the site and share ordinary links. Contact us for other uses. Client trademarks and third-party works remain the property of their owners.
Your submissions
You retain rights in information and materials you submit. You authorize us to use them as reasonably needed to evaluate and respond to your inquiry. Do not send confidential, proprietary or sensitive material through the public form without an appropriate separate arrangement. Submitting a form does not create a confidentiality agreement or authorize us to publicly publish your materials.
Third-party services
The site includes embedded video and links to third-party websites. Their availability, content and independent practices are outside our control and may be subject to their own terms. References to other services do not guarantee their performance or constitute an endorsement.
Availability and limitations
We aim to keep information accurate and the site available, but errors or interruptions may occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided as available without warranties about uninterrupted access or suitability for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits non-waivable consumer rights, or changes obligations under a signed production agreement.
Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how inquiry information is used. We may contact you to respond to your request. Optional marketing email permission is separate and may be withdrawn at any time by following the unsubscribe instruction in a marketing email or contacting johndoe@idontknow.tv. The form does not grant consent to marketing texts or automated calls.
Changes and questions
We may update these website terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Updates do not retroactively change a signed project agreement. Questions about the site or these terms can be sent to johndoe@idontknow.tv.
