Cookie & Tracking Policy
Effective October 22, 2026
This policy explains browser storage, embedded content, analytics and advertising technology used or planned for this website. Cookies are small files placed in your browser; local storage, pixels and similar technologies can also remember choices or report interactions.
Essential site technology
The site and its providers use technology to deliver pages and video, maintain security and remember privacy settings. We store your privacy choices under idk-privacy-v1 in local storage, including optional categories, the preference version and the time saved. This preference lasts up to 180 days unless you change it or clear storage. Essential delivery and security operations are not switched off by the optional-category controls.
Contact-form security
Google reCAPTCHA loads on the contact form to prevent automated spam. It may set the _GRECAPTCHA cookie and process device, connection and interaction information for risk analysis. This security check is not an advertising or analytics opt-in and is not disabled by rejecting optional categories. You can contact us by email instead of using the form. Google privacy and terms apply.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics helps measure visits, traffic sources and page interactions. Optional analytics is off by default: the Google tag is not loaded until you allow it. It may set _ga and _ga_* first-party cookies, configured to expire after 180 days and refreshed with activity. Rejecting or withdrawing analytics disables future measurement and removes these cookies where accessible to the site. Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled. Analytics cookies are separate from your locally stored privacy choice.
Optional advertising
Advertising tools, if enabled, may measure campaign outcomes, associate visits or inquiries with campaigns, support retargeting and build permitted audiences across websites and apps. Providers may include Google Ads, Meta/Facebook/Instagram, TikTok and other advertising networks. Optional advertising is off by default. No advertising pixels are currently installed. Future integrations must be connected to these controls before activation, and this policy updated to describe their actual technologies and lifetimes.
Vimeo and external content
Vimeo players connect to Vimeo when displayed. We request privacy mode to reduce player tracking, but video delivery and security still involve third-party requests and may involve necessary cookies. The analytics/advertising switches do not block the video player. External social links do not load advertising pixels by themselves; the destination service applies its own policies when you visit it.
Manage or withdraw your choices
Choose Reject optional, Accept optional or Customize in the notice. Reopen Cookie Settings or Your Privacy Choices from the footer to change your choice. Rejecting optional categories does not prevent submitting an inquiry. Global Privacy Control keeps advertising off even when an earlier setting allowed it. A choice applies to this browser; configure each device separately. Browser settings can block or remove cookies and local storage, which may affect media or preference persistence. Withdrawing a choice affects future processing and cannot undo data already received by another provider.
